Shanshan Ruan received her bachelor's degree in Biopharmaceutical Sciences from Fujian Medical University and her master's degree in Pharmacy from East China University of Science and Technology. During her graduate studies, she focused on single-cell omics, applying deep learning techniques to develop and optimize single-cell metabolic models. She is proficient in various drug design software and is capable of independently performing molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, and subsequent analyses. She was awarded a national scholarship and actively participated in research projects, gaining substantial research and practical experience.
